All items are designed and handmade by Holly at Holly Barker Millinery, in Perth, Western Australia. Items are individually wrapped in acid-free tissue paper and come in their own gift box. Great care is taken when creating each item as we want you to love your Holly Barker Millinery accessory as much as we do!

*We do not offer exchanges on accessories or jewellery so please choose these items carefully.

Order Processing and Shipping

All processing of orders and shipping occur on business days, which are Monday to Friday and exclude any public holidays in the state of Western Australia. The customer bears the cost of $9.95 (AUD) which covers postage and handling. Products are packed and shipped within 48 hours of payment in a standard tracked postage satchel from Australia post. When an item has been shipped you will be emailed a tracking number for your order. Holly Barker Millinery is not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur in transit with Australia post and is not liable to replace any goods at our expense, should an item be damaged or lost.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their Paypal delivery address is correct at the time of purchase. This is the shipping address Holly Barker Millinery will use to deliver your goods. Holly Barker Millinery is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our own expense.
